Eligibility Criteria

• Must be citizens of MTCP recipient countries
• Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or Second Class Upper (Honours) at the undergraduate level
• No older than 45 years at the time of application
• Full-time postgraduate study (Master’s Degree) at selected Malaysian universities
• IELTS score of at least 6 or TOEFL score of at least 60, or degree with English as medium of instruction
